Massachusetts Personal Injury Law Sourcebook & Citator 2007

Valerie Yarashus co-chaired Personal Injury Law in Review 2007″ at the 10th Annual Personal Injury Law Conference in Boston on April 25, 2007, sponsored by the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).

The panel discussion focused on developments in personal injury law since May 1, 2006,. She is also the editor of the “Massachusetts Personal Injury Law Sourcebook & Citator 2007,” published by the MCLE, which was distributed at the conference.

Keynote speaker at the conference was the Hon. Margaret H. Marshall, Chief Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The conference addressed issues across a wide range of subjects, including automobile tort, medical malpractice, construction litigation, insurance coverage, nursing home litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
